Yes! I've always felt like cleaning a gun is meditation. When i'm cleaning my gun, i'm not thinking about anything else.
For me the shooting itself is a kind of meditation. When you aim at the target, hold it in line and hold your breath, stand as stable as you can, you are unable to think about anything but when you have to pull the trigger to shoot perfectly.

I have the same. Do you find it hard to rack? My wife can't rack it. Think my spring is extra stiff
At first it was def stiff, but over time it has gotten easier. Also, find some videos showing the best way to rack it. Instead of just trying to pull back with my left hand, i pull back, and at the same time push forward with my right hand. Push/pull.
