Feeling with the impending BRRRR and likely rate reversal my property thesis could be canceled over the next 3-6 months and prices will start 🚀 again.

It takes a while for the money to flow through the economy & into scarce assets.
I not seeing farmland being sold quickly for at least the next quarter.
Only pschopaths would want farmland during times like this.
