Because the Paris agreement was based on flawed data, so flawed that some scientist(s) resigned in protest. They were droppimg thermometers off sides of ships and measuring the increase in temp caused by the ship and calling it a rise in ocean temp etc. They've stopped using land based stations (~2012) which were contradicting satellite data that showed the next year after a heat wave to be hotter, always revised up, even though the people there only experienced a normal year. It's a scam to control us. Forget the #CBDC head fake.
