Asking for a friend... Regarding the latest EU MiCa rules. How does it affect EU Bitcoin users and what would you do if you had some Bitcoin on an exchange? Remove it before the rules come into place or will they report and record it anyway?

Take it off the exchange regardless. And in future buy it KYC-free using P2P platforms like Bisq, Peach etc…
