I’m not shaming anyone who is using it. I am shaming those who use it as their only Lightning wallet. It is a tool. That is not how many Bitcoiners treat it.

You assume that is the case. Maybe you’re right. Maybe they understand it fully and they’re simply ok with the level of risk they’re taking, just as you are. Why shame anyone? Why not simply educate? It’s a tool as you say; teach people to use the tool appropriately.

I agree with you. We should be educating and explaining it as a tool. There are many Bitcoiners that don’t share this view and are totally ok with WoS being THE lightning wallet they use and get people onboarded to without understanding the risks.
