Everyday tasks like the dishes can be our best teachers for equanimity and meditation if we allow them to
The dishes arise to pass away, as is the case with everything in life
(I've volunteered at meditation retreats doing dishes for over 100 people for over a week a few times, so can confirm lol)
Always cool when I post a joke but get some deep learning from people on the other side of world xo
