So Spotify puts up its prices to pay for an AI boondoggle that nobody wanted, doesn't deliver on a 2 year old promise to introduce lossless HiFi (which everyone does want), but suggests it will increase prices later for that. Also suggests it will increase prices later so premium subscribers will listen to fewer ads on podcasts (which should already be ad free).

I've been using the free and open source Android app ViMusic (https://www.f-droid.org/packages/it.vfsfitvnm.vimusic/) for a while now and it is far superior to Spotify. I get my podcasts from Podcast addict and Fountain.

I'm quitting Spotify for good now.
