Well, now that I zapped you I see the tally.

Yes you see it on mine because my receiving wallet (LN.tips) has implemented zaps. If you create a LN.tips wallet and add your npub, you can use it in your profile and see zaps on your posts as well.

When I hit the zap button. It opens my wallet of Satoshi and defaults to sending you 1000 sats. So I just sent you a 1000. 😆
Zaps are supposed to be 1 sat?
😅 The zap amount can be changed in your Damus app settings right underneath where you set your default wallet. It defaults to 1000 😂 but you can change it to whatever you want.

Don't have that option to change the default on Amethyst. At least I can't find it.
I can change it when it pops up in wallet of Satoshi when conformation to send pops up though.
Yes correct. Any wallet can pay the lightning invoice. The zap itself is a note that the receiving wallet sends back and is recognized by your Nostr client as being associated with the post/profile it was initiated from. Wallet of Satoshi has said “coming soon” but no specific timeline that I’ve seen
