If you already have two users A) 70% and B) 30%, and then you add a new user C to the mix, what should the config change to?

Probably reset -> set one value -> lock it -> play with the second value -> have the third value be automatically calculated for you

Slider would be nice. 2 recipients = 1 dot on the scale, move it to adjust percentage. With every new recipient one more dot appears and user is able to move each one independently, adjusting percentage.
