You're not actually allowed to call _anyone_ by swear words, here. It's §185-192 in the criminal law book, and you are free to report anyone calling you anything. They can receive a fine, or up to 2 years in jail.

The controversial bit is actually paragraph 188, which raises the punishment further, if the victim was a politician. It's become an industry; using companies and AI systems that just go around looking for mean tweets and then suing people.

Anyone can report, even if they are unaffected.

And, for the record, Germans just like to sue each other. They'll take each other to court over mowing the lawn too loud on Sunday afternoon.

It doesn't actually translate to the loss of freedom you might think. And the fines are often like €200.

Sounds like you should drop the classy act and fix something.
