Do you take additional electrolytes?

I do supplement potassium and magnesium yes, but I have been doing that for years. There are some good electrolyte supplements you can just add to water, just make sure there’s no sugar or sugar substitutes. Things like stevia can increase sugar cravings for example.
Also, careful with lean meats like chicken, venison, etc. A lack of fat will just keep you hungry and give you the runs lol. Cooking in a good beef tallow, butter or ghee should take care of that though.
