Tried #bitkey for my parents, but the fingerprint reader wouldn’t work with them, likely due to age. Too bad, was a good simple solution for them to test private wallet solutions.

How many times did they place their finger on it when trying to register the fingerprint? IIRC you’re supposed to do it like 20 times and make sure to try and press different parts of the finger each time.
We tried 5 sets 20 finger prints. Kept saying error with finger prints.
I know fingerprints degrade with age, so this device may just not be suitable for people 65-70+
