Fix your home and inbox relay lists. Keep only 3 relays in each. Leave the rest on the General Relays.
The new outbox model will use all of those to download a bunch of stuff. Ideally they should be max 3.

When you open your relay list and click on each relay, the bottom part of the screen shows the error messages. Can you check if they are running on timeouts?
Yep I had to uninstall garnet because I fucked up somehow installed amethyst from playstore and it's crashing a lot.
