How do we fight spam at the relay level? I don't want spam to fill my drives. I want to keep the important events of regular non spamming people. I sure don't want to relay spam.

The filter can rely on spam reports of users. But which users?

How to find the people that have the highest discernment/judgement ability and use their spam reports to fight spam?

Oldest users? Users with most content? Users with most amount of zaps received? Who are the most fair/unbiased/incorruptible?

One method could be start with oldest and most followed people and build on that. If they are following others that means the newer ones are 'trustworthy'. In each follow step reduce the trust.

Shill me your most trusted people and that may also be another place to start to find 'seed people'..
