the difference from either of those is that if you don't like nostr:npub1eaz6dwsnvwkha5sn5puwwyxjgy26uusundrm684lg3vw4ma5c2jsqarcgz , then you can use a different nostr service that offers the same thing and you still have all of your followers. the media hosting is the responsibility of the streamer. also, streamers receive 100% of the funds zapped by their viewers.
i don't know if nostr:npub1eaz6dwsnvwkha5sn5puwwyxjgy26uusundrm684lg3vw4ma5c2jsqarcgz has the ability to show a catalog of a streamer's past videos that aren't hosted on the site, but it's a feature that could be added i think.
