Right now I think Primal is the best place to start. It's easy, it's got a built in lightning wallet, gives you multiple options on how your feed looks, and the mobile app keeps you off Global. but after that it depends on what suits you. I like Amethyst on Android and Nostur on my Mac, and all the webclients generally annoy me but Nostrudle and Coracle both have features I like.

But everyone is different and being able to control your experience is what makes nostr great.

U can try all of them with the nsec, Damus, Nostur, Primal etc

i recommend checking out the entire ecosystem for it has a myriad of uses

some clients focus on long form, other on music, there's even streaming platforms built with the nostr protocol!
