Little wonder they’ve had problems for so long in so many places when this is how they behave, they literally do it to themselves and act shocked when the empathy breaks.

It's their behaviour that gets them repeatedly kicked out of countries throughout history. We all know by now they are doing this to further silence people who criticise their actions, and disproportionate positions in power.
