checking in for yesterday: lots of hill climbing, walking while foraging for the rabbits, some shoveling, and some time on our new project (plastering, which is not all that strenuous but I'm glad I can easily squat and balance)

Plus 20 minutes of upper body and core exercises (some bodyweight, some with kettlebell). Plus 100 kb swings (45, 10, 45)
