I have been living a healthy lifestyle and fasting for 7 years already. I started small and gradually went into heavy training and up to 21 days without food during this journey. I went through lots of experiences, and my life changed along the way.

My family, real-life friends, and later online friends, as I was going through my fasting and self-improvement journey, were asking to help them and give them advice. And I was helping, and their lives were improving too.

There is a lot of information on the Internet, and most of it is contradicting and doesn't agree with my experience. And I know what I am talking about because knowledge + experience = understanding.

To help even more friends and make it easier to digest and understand, I am creating a series of videos where I will show, talk about and explain everything I've learned and understand about mental and physical health.

I will do a 4 week fast and will film it as a show/masterclass, so you can watch it for educational entertainment or go through 1-4 weeks of fasting with me.
