Do you have a dead man switch for your #bitcoin to secure your family?

Is there an easy to use app to set up a transaction (amount + future date to send) which is broadcasted/spend to an #bitcoin address in the future IF the owner does not cancel this transaction or renew the timer?

I know Nunchuk does this but 500 $ per year for a simple timelock-script is not for me or the people I orange-pill.
