Not really no, depends what I'm working on. A lot of the time it would have been better to just do it myself.

Not quite what I mean. Adding people to a project always slows each one down. You're using a practically free junior programmer, and lamenting that they're junior. There's two ways out of it: wait for them to be staff (won't take long), or learn to benefit from junior contributions

Or the 20% was the introduction of the mistakes!
