And as long as the State exists, there is always a crisis the State wants to solve. You just have to give a bit of your freedom. After enough crisis, there’ll be no freedoms left.

It doesn’t matter whether a crisis is a real one (earthquake, tsunami) or made up (covid, climate). Just the perception of a crisis is enough.
