House Bill 3594 just got passed. Here are the rights that are guaranteed under the bill:

- Purchasing goods and services with #crypto

- Self-hosting of crypto

- Mining or running a node without obtaining a money transmitter license

Plus, transactions under $200 (adjustable for inflation) are not taxable.
