Well off my PR, but it was my best half in a decade. I’ve been doing long distance triathlons for a while, so it was nice just to get out and run without being in survival mode. For a season that was more just consistent running than hardcore training, very pleased with the day and executing against plan.

Nice negative split, well controlled pacing 🤩🙌
