Little rant:
Milk should not be heated past 65 C as it cooks the milk. If you like a cooked latte that's fine just tell me and I'll boil it for you, but I won't serve people a cooked latte by default.

55 - 60 is the sweet spot. I usually just stop when the bottom of the pitcher gets hot to the touch.

Sadly a lot of people want for some reason a boiling coffee and yell at you when you don't give them one by default.
Do the milk as you normally do and before pouring anything into the cup blast it with the steamer and heat the actual cup up a bit. They will think it's hot from the milk but you fooled em😇
