How many not-your-apps have you published?
I reached out to GrayJay (FUTO) and haven't heard back definitively about their feelings about this. If Zapstore is redistributing compiled APKs directly from the release channels of the developer without modifications does that still pose an issue? Are there licensing issues that are likely to present themselves?

Have you reached out to FUTO as an org or the specific developers publishing apps like GrayJay and FUTO Keyboard to see if they'd be willing to self sign on the platform?
