A couple of weeks ago we somehow lost all the people we were following.
When we try to use Primal's "Following Back Up", it doesn't restore the list.
Any recommendations?

Have you tried switching it off and on again?
Jokes aside, have you tried using a different client to see if your following-ers (?) are still there?
