- clams or muscles or both
- diced tomatoes
- minced garlic
- olive oil
- salt
- pasta
- chopped parsley
- white wine
- lemon juice
1. Heat garlic in oil - medium heat.
2. Add clams or muscles. Add white wine. Add lemon juice. Turn heat on high and cover.
3. Steam on high until clams or muscles start to open.
4. Add tomatoes. Salt everything and cover.
5. Continue cooking on high a bit more. Should see all muscles open and tomatoes looking more cooked. Add parsley.
6. While everything was cooking boil pasta Al dente
7. Add pasta into the main dish and mix. Done.
8. Serve. Parm cheese optional.
This is the only dish my wife begs me to make and won’t touch herself because apparently I do it better 🤷♂️
