I’m about to be 1 full year without nicotine!

The result:

I’ve saved an extra $1500 in Bitcoin by not smoking this year, worked out religiously 4-5 times a week, eating healthier than ever, and have gained 20lbs in muscle mass.

1 year of good choices is all it takes to change your trajectory.

I'm sucking them back like no tomorrow. I'm trying to find time to smoke more lol

Still physically fit, still eating great and looking a lot healthier than my pale, black eyed, frazzled haired, rosacea-laden, vaxxed + boosted non-smoking, Poison eating friends.

definitly not smoking. If you can smell the awful smoke like many people sitting next to smokers do, you know your nose is warning you of something unhealthy.
