i haven't had cottage cheese since i was a little kid. i absolutely hated it then. ugh. they used to try to make us eat cottage cheese and apple butter in day care. nope nope nope. that said, i wonder if i'd like it now. i also hated tomato soup when i was that age. i love tomato soup or a nice hearty bisque now.
