In 1952, **#Father** Liviu Galaction, a Romanian Orthodox priest, was arrested by the Communist regime for his unwavering faith and refusal to collaborate with the atheistic government. Despite brutal torture and imprisonment, he remained steadfast in his beliefs, offering spiritual guidance to his fellow inmates. He was ultimately martyred for his faith.
