Question: how does notify subscribers via DM work? DM all of my followers?

Feedback: at the end eventID seems to be in alphanumeric format (hex?) - consider

1) changing from hex to neventID and/or naddr

2) change link to njump.me/neventID (as a lightweight web app) to allow for quick cross-app verification that article was published successfully
