We can only control our own actions. One way life is similar to Nostr is we can not control the amount of spam. We and only control who we choose to follow and who we choose to block for example. How this relates to life is we can't end world hunger or eradicate corruption, but we can make our own living spaces clean and enjoyable. We curate our own diet and choose what we read. I read about all the things going on in the world but only because I know all humans have extremely similar experiences and I like to hear see how we relate.
