Was checking #nostr for #inviziblepro and there aren't that many notes about it. What is your experience with #invizible ? #i2p does not appeal that much to me, but it uses other techs too. What is your take on the app #asknostr ? #privacy #opsec #infosec #tor #dnscrypt #anonymity

InviZiblePro doesn't offer much benefit over #Orbot. I recommend sticking with built-in DNS over TLS functionality instead of DNSCrypt.

A standalone DNSCrypt resolver like DNSCrypt-Proxy only encrypts DNS queries, leaving the rest of the traffic unencrypted and identifiable.

While DNSCrypt provides better encryption, inside Tor this benefit is less significant. Sticking with built-in DoT functionality is quite sufficient when already using Orbot.

Many thanks, your notes are always very informative and complete. I was under the impression that this app would be something I won't need, but now there are some more notes available to those who arrive here with the same questions as I did.
