I could not take financing even if I wanted, I am out of the system 😂.
I have no credit score and do not use banks. Only cash P2P.
Moreover it makes more sense for me to buy the phone in cash and give fake details at the point of sale. Otherwise the IMEI will be already linked to a person. SIM card is also bought for cash and changed time to time.
But I guess I push privacy, anonimity and self sovereignty over the limits.
The pixel 8 is kind of fairly price, my previous comment regarding pricing was about the fold.
Way I see it is that having been in the military plus my past internet history I’m already on a watch list & my info is already saved in a database. Can’t I ring that bell.
So I play by the rules of the system and take advantage when I can.
