The SEC is promoting and only allowing cash creates ETF models because they’re less appealing to all parties involved than in-kind, and they hope there won’t be as much face melting interest?

They’re hoping for baby steps?

Gary said on CNBC I think that the courts are forcing him to look at the ETFs again. Could be related to allowing in kind.
