So what you want is actually good search options. I am 90% sure that creation date is attached to every npub but search is not yet there. Try primal advanced search or nostr.band maybe
Would be nice to just see it on their profile.
Check #artlist I made lists with artists with small profiles, feel free to make lists with content you like. Check #introductions daily to see new profiles

I know - I added that to my profile 😉 I just like the idea of a quick one click glance at a user’s profile via my timeline to determine if they’re relatively new or not. Rather than digging around.
