We found a house we REALLY like but I’d have to sell bitcoin for the down payment 🥲need crystal ball for market. My gut tells me things are going to get ugly later this year/early next year, but FL has been disproportionately overvalued.

I’ve done it before and tbh I’d rather just sell. The LTV makes you pledge way more than you borrow and it’s too stressfull(for me).
