More progress on Corny Chat tonight...

- Refactored room members and avatars to reduce copy+pasta code for improved maintainability

- Added sticky emoji personalizations.. You'll get control of the last 2!!

- Fixed emoji picker to include custom emojis for the pepes and goodbye (its a hack job but works in the menu and avatar stickies too)

- Learned that absolute positioning can be constrained inside a parent marked as relative

- More minor condensing of styles for personal settings and room settings

- Stretched the room topic bar

These changes are NOT yet deployed to the server. Just letting you know whats coming mid month if i stay on track.
