Mattn-san's case was unique. I found out he was blocked because of multiple bot-calling posts.
Amethyst had a note length condition I think, that will allow multiple GM, PV, good morning, etc. short messages but blocking happened because of a change.
When npub references changed from [1] to NIP-21 nostr: references, the note length increased which prevented this exemption for blocking.
(I was not following Mattn-san at the time, so I found out & requested Vitor-san to change it and he changed it in a day).
So, now the same case would not happen?

Yes. Now multiple bot-calling & GM/PV & short messages are not considered spam.
Mutiple posts-based blocking only applicable for long messages.
