They will put on all land, home and assat owner a minus of 25.000€ to 50.000€ on their owned property and so the owners have to pay. If you life on rent who do you think will pay the bill? An so, everybody will be effected from this evil decisions. This already happened in Germany after WW2. They called it Lastenausgleich . This law has been reactivated some years ago and now they come to collect the money which they want to lounder from you.
