Good afternoon,
If anyone learns anything from the CrowdStrike attack, modern Windows is the biggest advertisement for GNU/Linux operating systems, as modern Windows users have a thing for BSODs.
To fit this reason, an individual reached out to me using Nerimity (A Discord clone that's libreware) to help them de-Google and de-Microsoft their life quite a bit, and I was happy to help however I could. I recommended GrapheneOS on a Pixel (despite the fact I have my disagreements about Google's actions), and a System76 Meerkat, since they wanted a mini-PC under $750 USD at the max. Thankfully, I helped them out on both fronts. Maybe the next step for me is to teach either Linux Mint Debian Edition or Pop_OS! 24.04. I don't know which one to teach. Which one would you recommend I teach?
