WoS is custodial, but on the other hand much more convenient for the average user. Bluewallet has focused on self-custodial, which is fine, but it's not for everyone. Depending on how much you've gone down the rabbit hole, one or the other will be more suitable.

For example for nostr I use WoS, but then on my own node I have a self-custodied linghtning wallet (Umbrel), you can have it all if you want. 🙂
