It’s cheaper to rent right now and I can walk with a 60 day notice and no penalty breaking my lease. Mobility is greatly under appreciated/ valued, and right now I m not sure I want to be rooted to any one place. I left California two years ago because of the vax policy. I already warned the wife that if things get any crazier here in the US, I’m prepared to walk right across the border and never come back. Only thing I’m missing is a veggie garden and a yard for a dog.
