If you want more complex or robust approach then you can probably fetch users (target) relays and use their relays as additional relays to publish the events. The simplest might be use Mutinywallet blastr relay ( wss://nostr.mutinywallet.com ) that will broadcast events to online relays 😅
Thanks yes, I already use the user's relays from the zap request. I just add some default relays for the recipe event.
