Well, the governments are obviously not puzzled when they get an influx of immigrants - it's by design.
As a citizen, you never have the ability to vote on whether to bomb or invade country X, although with enough brainwashing, you can get people to vote for anything.
The West needs immigrants. Not only do you not want to do the lower income jobs that requires brute labour, you're not fucking enough to produce a productive generation.
Hence the open borders.
In order to compete you need a labour pool that can work in factories and do actual labour.
You don't need more suits and office staffers, you need blue collars.

Most people don't work lower income jobs because the state pays them nearly the same amount to not work at all.

At the same time, you have DEI programs everywhere, which translates to hire everybody, except for the straight White men.
You don't fix the problem by mixing in races with different values and religions that would never integrate, you fix the problem by fixing the incentives and the economy.
When you say, "you need", we don't really need anything other than to get rid of the people in power, fix the incentives and the economy before the White race goes extinct.
