It’s way more nuanced than this. The Baby Boomers passed on what they lacked (physical things, tech) but the Millennials are passing on what they lacked (Love, Family, Heritage) but that’s not to say some aren’t repeating the boomers playbook.
Childhood trauma comes out in the strangest ways, it’s your choice to face it and fix it within you or pass it on, which most do because they aren’t active parenting.
