Well, essentially yes! Just using radio to handle the connection VS relying on a hard line network. APRS already works like a TCP/IP mesh network with some relay servers that help support it. Feel like such a natural fit, and it's tech that been around for decades now.

Fascinating. I could see local paid relays where you could connect to Nostr or the net through someone's Start9.
