We know often our 🐕‍🦺 will likely pass on to the next life before we do.

And that pain is more real then losing some of our 2 legged friends.

But we often get another 🐕‍🦺 anyway.

I can't explain it, can you?!

Been through this twice in the past 3 years with cats. How we have two 9 mo old cats. Couldn’t live without our furry friends. They give to much love and companionship.

I've thought about it a little bit, the "why" we do it time after time.

Aside from all the other reasons that we also get from our human relationships.

I have a theory on that, but thinking on it a bit more.

Haven't seen #Dogstr #1 & #3 in 4 months. #3 (no longer a pup) was the first to run to me when I stepped out of the car and he's also the youngest. #1 (the OG) was like "yeah dude....you good?" and went back to the porch.

I kept #2 in the car for a bit to let things settle down before I let her out.
