You are free to disable the filter on the left menu. By default everyone that you don't follow and that posts 5+ times the exact same message gets labeled as a spammer. When they delete, they come back.
What's the time between posts? Can people be labeled as spammers for GM posts?

We test the last 400 posts. So it really depends on how active the account is.
